Job Overview:

The Office Administrator will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role includes handling documentation, inventory updates, customer communication, and supporting the sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Support sales and technical teams with scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, client data, and company documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist management with reporting and data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with inventory or CRM systems is preferred.
