Job Overview:

The Technician will install, maintain, and troubleshoot laundry dosing systems, washing machines, and related equipment used in commercial laundry and hygiene operations. The role requires hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and calibrate chemical dosing systems and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on washing machines, pumps, and dispensers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues related to equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on chemical dosing and system usage.
• Maintain accurate service reports and records.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for service schedules and installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during all field operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in laundry equipment, dosing systems, or similar technical roles.
• Sound knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and machine calibration.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond to client calls promptly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
